• He has experience in handling complex transfer pricing litigation issues before the various tax and appellate authorities

• He is also involved in advising clients on Advance Pricing Agreements and assisting in APA discussions

• Raghavendra is a Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate from Bangalore University, with over 14 years of professional experience in Big 4 consulting – as part of RSM & Co., PwC and Deloitte

• Raghavendra has rich experience of dealing with compliance, advisory and litigation matters for multinational and domestic companies across a wide breadth of sectors in tax, transfer pricing and regulatory matters

• Raghavendra has been associated with many multi-national corporations having operations in U.S., EU Countries and APAC region in advising on various tax issues

• Raghavendra has advised clients on critical and complex tax matters covering direct tax, transfer pricing, planning and diagnostic reviews, international taxation, exchange control regulations, etc.

• Raghavendra has dealt with various industries / sectors including IT / ITES, Manufacturing, Education, Auto, Trading and E-Commerce, SME’s, etc.
